Your choice of birthstone stacked with a tiny sterling silver kitty cat. The birthstone is 2mm simulated and made in Germany. The kitty cat measures approximately 5mm. It is completed with a high polish finish.

♥ Ring Size: available sizes 2-10. Half and quarter sizes are also available.
