Vintage heart shaped crystals in a metal frame with a hook on the top.The back side is cut to a slight point and the front is flat. Great as a leaf with a flower or as a hanging heart on earrings. The metal frame is raw brass and has slight patina that adds to this vintage piece. I bought these off a woman who told me they were made in the 60's as birthstone hearts.
