Red ruby necklace with sterling silver
Ruby - 4mm - 6mm
Length - 26 inches.
One of my favourite colours - I have a few!! - is bright red, it reminds me of coral, lipstick and Dorothy's slippers. The rubies used in this necklace are a gorgeous crushed raspberry and boy there are a lot of rubies for your money in this necklace. I have included a row of ruby nuggets as a focal these are a bit rustic and faceted.
All of the stones are wired with sterling silver wire and the clasp is handmade by myself using sterling silver wire.
Ruby is the birthstone for July.
The rubies in this necklace have been enhanced with heat treatment.
