This ruby and diamond ring was made about 1955-1960. It is 10KTG prong set, 18 genuine rubies and four diamonds. My mother wore it in her later years as a wedding band. I believe it is a size 4. I have had a jeweler check the setting for security. Although the stones are not large, they have a lot of fire and sparkle. The entire top mount cluster on this ring measures 9/16" side to side and 1/4" wide, top to bottom. As you can see the way the mounting is made, it has a little peak to the centet which helps the light to play off the stones.
